The Star hosted a celebration of the chef and the pizzaiolo! Osteria Balla Manfredi’s Gabriele Taddeucci and Pizzaperta’s Gianluca Donzelli combined their skills and created unique dishes from Italy with love on Tuesday, 12 July 2016. 

The night's menu on the night featured the following:

CANAPÉS – Arancini and Pizza Margherita
ANTIPASTO – Seafood salad with squid ink and mussel stock panini
PRIMO – Snapper fillet with spicy Lucariello tomato broth and olive cracker
SECONDO – Focaccia with suckling pig porchetta, white radicchio and mustard
DOLCE – Sweet ravioli with Balla homemade Nutella
