- Insert your Membership Card into the ticket machine when entering the carpark
- Play on any table game for a minimum of 1-hour with your Membership Card or earn 5 Tier Points.
- Once earned, your Membership Card will automatically have free parking set for the day!
- Press "cancel amount" on the ticket machine before inserting your Membership Card as you exit.
Parking is complimentary for Gold Members! Enter and exit the car park with your Membership Card.

There is complimentary priority parking located on level 2 exclusively for Platinum and Diamond Members. Get the VIP treatment and enter/exit the car park via Edward Street.

PARKING FOR HOTEL GUESTS
$40 flat rate is charged for every 24hr period. Present your parking ticket to the hotel concierge upon checking in to validate.

After your 6-hour period expires, an additional 6-hour period will be charged. 2-hour FREE Parking offer applies once every 24 hour period.

Motorbikes are a flat rate of $7 per 24 hour period.

The Star welcomes UBER drivers and has dedicated the following 3 pick-up and drop-off points:
- 80 Pyrmont Street – directly in front of Floral Desire Florist
- 44 Piramma Road – near Sydney Lyric Theatre
- 2 Edward Street – directly across Coles Supermarket
The Star has bicycle (pushbike) parking facilities via the Pirrama Rd entrance car park located on level P3.
The Star has dedicated parking areas for motorbikes. The daily rate is $7
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
- SYDNEY LIGHT RAIL: The light rail departs from Central Station via Darling Harbour to The Star, 7 days a week.
- BUSES: Route 389 now operates between North Bondi and Pyrmont.
- FERRY: Ferry services operate 7 days a week from Circular Quay and stop at wharves a few minutes' walk from The Star.

WHAT IS THE STAR EXPRESS?
The Star Express is a network of chauffeured coaches that operate on dedicated routes between The Star and key suburbs across greater Sydney. Routes operate on scheduled timetables, beginning as early as 7:30 am and departing from The Star as late as 1:00 am.
WHO CAN TRAVEL ON THE STAR EXPRESS?
Members of The Star Club can travel on The Star Express for free! The service is provided to be your most economical, convenient and reliable mode of transportation between The Star and your home, ensuring you enjoy all that The Star has to offer, without worrying about your return home at the end of your experience.

While it is not necessary to reserve a seat ahead of time, we encourage you to contact The Star Express ahead of pick-up times to reserve your seat by calling 1800 ROYALE (1800 769 253).
The Star Express services depart from The Star bus interchange, located adjacent to the Light Rail, underneath The Star.
