A landmark transformation
Early 2017 marked an important milestone in the history of our property. After more than thirty years as Jupiters, we re-launched as The Star Gold Coast – a transition that positions us for a bright future as part of The Star Entertainment Group.
There’s much more to this transformation than a new logo.
Eleven new food and beverage offerings (including our acclaimed one-hatted Japanese restaurant Kiyomi), 596 refurbished hotel rooms at The Star Grand and a premium poolside experience are among the already completed offering, along with The Star Gold Coast’s new luxury suite hotel, The Darling.
Adding to the excitement is the planned addition of the first mixed-use residential apartment and hotel tower on Broadbeach Island. Pending successful pre-sales of The Star Residences, the 53-storey tower could be the first of up to five within a future master plan as part of a joint venture with renowned Hong Kong-based partners Chow Tai Fook and Far East Consortium.
While the essence of our property will always remain true, say hello to The Star Gold Coast – and to a whole new level of sophistication, service and style – as our total transformation reaches a combined investment worth up to $850 million.
