Your Safety

As we welcome you back to The Star Sydney, we want you to know that safety is our first priority. That’s why we’ve developed our COVIDSafe Plan to allow you to enjoy your visit with total peace of mind.

We ask you to follow the new safety measures that have been put in place to ensure a safe and clean environment is maintained.

All new measures are in accordance with the government mandated requirements. While we are excited to welcome you back, if you are unwell, please stay home. You may be denied entry if you are showing visible signs of COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms.
 

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, or in a named COVID-19 Hot Spot in the last 14 days; are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test; or any Federal State or Territorial government has issued restrictions or reasons for leaving your home which do not permit you to visit The Star Sydney, or directions to quarantine or self-isolate which are currently applicable to you, we require you to defer your visit.

You’ll be asked to sanitise your hands before playing any table game and you are encouraged to sanitise of your gaming machine prior to use. Hand sanitising stations and wipes have been placed in high traffic areas for your convenience.
