PRAWNS cocktail, chilled, spiced tomato mayonnaise, avocado, lettuce

STRIPLOIN grain fed MBS 3, smoked potato, black pepper jus

TOOTHFISH pan fried, pearl onions, peas, brown butter and caper dressing
