Sydney rock oyster

Kingfish crudo with lime, chilli mayonnaise and toasted crumbs 

Fried chicken “cacciatora” 

PASTA

Lobster risotto with marjoram and lemon 

MAIN

Glacier 51 toothfish with sauteed cos pine nuts and sultana, roast onion broth 

Veal fillet wrappen in prosciutto, porcini mushroom and asparagus 

(Main course served with alternate service with rosemary roast potatoes)

DESSERT

Italian meringue with blueberry mousse and chocolate tart
