Sokyo Degustation Dinner

Chef Chase Kojima and his team of renowned chefs each created a unique heritage inspired dish for a special degustation dinner on Monday, 20 June. Their dishes are named after the chef's Instagram accounts. The menu on the night includes the following:


Toro sushi with egg yolk & crispy nori
Kingfish sashimi (Malaysian style), kaffir lime, basil seed
Braised eggplant, fermented bean curd, tofu crumble
Scallop, potato noodles, clam dashi
