  • Risotto - Organic “Acquerello” carnaroli, yamba prawns, saffron OR Wagyu sirloin - grilled mushroom, carrot puree, mustard leaves
  • Bacio semifreddo - Tuscan chocolate and hazelnut ice-cream

  • Risotto - Organic “Acquerello” carnaroli, Morton Bay bug, saffron   
  • Octopus - Eggplant, semi dried tomato, ligurian olive and caper dressing      
  • Wagyu sirloin - Pickled mushroom, porcini puree, mustard leaves
  • Bacio semifreddo - Tuscan chocolate and hazelnut ice-cream
