Chef Shane Delia, renowned for his fresh, unrestricted Middle Eastern cuisine will join Dany Karam in the BLACK Bar & Grill kitchen to serve you a four-course meal that will invigorate your senses.

Baharat fried vine leaves, smoked eggplant, mojama
Shawarma beef, tarator sauce, herb salad 

SPANNER CRAB salad, aleppo pepper mayonnaise, cucumber, lemon, zaatar, crispy brick pastry 

JAP PUMPKIN Glazed, pickled butternut, sour yoghurt, cinnamon, chicken, macadamia 

WAGYU FLAT IRON MBS9+ Wood grilled, pickled ox tongue, parsley, lemon, onion, pepper sauce 

BAKLAVA Peanut butter, tahini caramel, orange blossom and chocolate
