Harvest’s legendary buffet goes Lunar with special feasts and traditional treats - as well as all your regular favourites.

During the Lunar New Year period, Harvest Buffet will be serving a wide range of Asian dishes at random and may include: 

  • Hainanese chicken rice served with ginger and shallot sauce
  • Salt and pepper squid
  • Cantonese wonton and vegetable noodle soup
  • Sichuan hot and sour soup
  • Congee
  • Queensland spanner crab, sweet corn and egg drop soup
  • Assorted dim sum
  • Chow mein in supreme soy sauce
  • E-fu (Yi Mein) noodles with mushrooms
  • Yang chow fried rice
  • Asian greens
  • Red bean buns
  • Green beans with mushroom
  • Grilled Australian salmon served with mandarin salsa
  • Steamed snapper fillets with ginger and soy 
  • XO clams
  • Broccolini, lemon oil and pine nuts
  • Lamb cutlets mongolian style
  • Crispy pork belly
  • Mango pudding and coconut tapioca
  • Green tea and red bean tiramisu
  • Lemongrass panna cotta, lychee and ginger
  • Chocolate and sichuan pepper tart
