The Caribbean boasts a truly unique cuisine that captures the fresh vibrancy and carnival atmosphere of the area and its people.

Throughout October, Harvest Buffet is serving dishes such as Arugula, mango, avocado, and macadamia salad, Jerk chicken, rice and peas, banana plantain, coconut fried shrimp, fricasseed chicken, chargrilled BBQ lamb, spicy beef meatballs and so much more alongside our usual Harvest Buffet favourites.

From fijoles (beans), guacamole, corn, tacos, tamales, tomatillos, sweet potato to chilli peppers, you'll find a colourful selection to feast on with all your usual buffet favourites.
