Hosted by Janice McDonald, Gourmet Traveller WINE’s reigning Winemaker of the Year, this intimate three-course dinner with paired wines is not to be missed. BLACK Bar & Grill Executive Chef, Dany Karam will create a spectacular meal to match an outstanding selection of wines chosen by Janice McDonald.
Janice and Dany will be on hand to guide you through the wines and dishes and GT WINE’s editor, Judy Sarris will explain the selection criteria for the prestigious Winemaker of the Year award.
