The Star Casino has three Venues located in Sydney, Brisbane, and Gold Coast. The Star app shows the data of one Venue at a time. The member selects the location to get information about Promotions, Restaurants, and Vouchers (by property).
The app uses location services to find whether the user is nearby to one of the Main Venues and whether that Venue matches the selection in the app, otherwise, it prompts the user to switch the location.
For example, if the member has chosen Sydney in the app, but travels to Brisbane and opens the app near the Brisbane Venue, the app will show a prompt to inform the user.
This feature was requested by members missing their Vouchers because they have a selection in the app different to the Venue visiting.
