Join Chef Gabriele Taddeucci as he puts a play on his favourite dishes using Kurobuta Pork, one of the most highly regarded pork renowned for its meat quality. Kurobuta is a breed of pig from Japan with origins tracing back to the English county of Berkshire.

Gabriele will be using recipes inspired by traditional Italian cuisine, including the signature dish Porchetta Tuscan Style that has been handed down through family generations.

The dinner also includes matching wines.
