Gluten Free Italian Feast

Fun fact about Gabrielle Taddeucci, head chef at Balla: he suffers from coeliac disease. For an Italian growing up in the beautiful hills of Tuscany, this particular plight meant he couldn’t partake in many classic Italian dishes. And he’s not alone. That’s why we’re giving the gluten intolerants a night to shine with an exclusive three-course dinner made up of delicious gluten-free Italian treats.
