Osteria Balla Manfredi is located on Level G at The Star on 80 Pyrmont Street, harbourside entrance.

Amatriciana takes its name from the town where it was invented - Amatrice - the epicentre of the recent earthquake in Italy. Balla will be joining Italian restaurants worldwide, including Pizzaperta, by serving Amatriciana to help support the affected area.

Amatriciana ingredients include guanciale (cured pork cheek), onion, tomato and pecorino cheese. Balla is serving this special dish with homemade bucatini pasta (hollow spaghetti).
