Start with an aperitif (Americano or Bellini) at the Balla Bar before pondering your choice of authentic Italian dishes based on Executive Chef Gabriele Taddeucci’s family recipes. 

  • Seared scallops, raw celeriac salad, nduja crumbs $24
  • Ossobuco agnolotti, Jerusalem artichoke, rosemary sauce $27
  • Wood grilled quail, root vegetables minestrone, marsala reduction $41

Or, you can try all three with and Americano or Bellini for $95 per person.
