Can I make a reservation at any of the casual dining venues?
Casual dining outlets do not take reservations for large party dining. 
Can I create my own menus for a large function, and is there a minimum spend per person?
All group bookings in our signature dining restaurants (12 or more guests) will need to utilise set group menus (from $95 per person).
When do I need to make a final payment?
Final Payment of the estimated charges is due at the time of making the booking. Final Payment for incidental charges is required at the conclusion of the booking in cash or credit card in Australian dollars. Should this transaction not take place at the end of the evening, your Event Executive will process balance to credit card on file within 48 hours. Please note that the venue is unable to supply split bills.  
How do I cancel a booking?
All Cancellations must be made in writing. Should you cancel this booking for any reason whatsoever, a cancellation fee of 100% of the minimum spend for that booking will be charged.
When do I need to confirm final numbers?
Final numbers are to be confirmed 7 days prior to the reservation date. 
Is there a service charge?
All Group bookings attract an $8 -$10 per person Special Event Fee which is not included in the minimum spend requirement.
Is there a credit card surcharge fee?
Yes, credit card payments incur a 1% surcharge.
Can a cake be supplied?
Yes, a cake can be supplied by the venue with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
