Stilt walkers, jugglers and other performers greeted guests on arrival as they enjoyed a Magic Expresso or Passion Pop’d cocktail before sipping on Moet and a selection of Australian wine and beers.
BLACK Bar & Grill Executive Chef Dany Karam spoke about the inspiration behind the evening’s canape menu and what visitors can look forward to experiencing at the popular restaurant this spring.
Canapes served included oysters, steak sashimi, basil crackers with buffalo yoghurt and black olives, crab croquette with tarragon and black garlic mayonnaise, charcoal grilled lobster tail and a wagyu beef slider. To finish, guests enjoyed a sweet treat of coffee parfait with mascarpone mousse, muscovado and spiced caramel.
