Luke Nguyen’s Fat Noodle restaurant introduces new shared plate menus

Celebrity chef Luke Nguyen is spicing up winter with two new feasting options available from 18 July – 30 September at his Asian street food inspired restaurant, Fat Noodle.
Perfect for sharing with friends and family, the Fat Noodle Feast comprises four delicious street-food inspired dishes. It begins with light and crispy salt and pepper tofu, followed by wok-tossed lemongrass shaking beef, salmon sashimi and a deluxe prawn pad Thai.
For those who want to double the indulgence, the Fat Fat Feast is full of fresh, flavoursome dishes, including moreish spiced king prawn and shrimp crackers, grilled pork rice paper rolls, nyonya crispy chicken, beef tenderloin pad see ew and mouthwatering Indonesian chicken rendang.
Fat Noodle is inspired by Asia’s vibrant street food scene and serves hawker-style dishes in a fun and dynamic atmosphere. With communal tables overlooking the heart of The Star, get the best seat in the house watching head chef Kenji Lai and his team on the pans in the open kitchen.
The Fat Noodle Feast is available for $59 per person and the Fat Fat Feast for $69 per person with a minimum of two people.
