Take refuge from the cool Autumn air with a decadent evening at BLACK Bar & Grill. Dine on a set menu curated by Executive Chef Dany Karam, starting with a house-made negroni or a martini made perfectly to your tastes at the bar.
Move to the dining room and enjoy succulent garlic prawns, followed by braised salt bush lamb to share. Sweet tooths can indulge in the delicious bread and butter pudding served with orange and jaffa ice cream. Cap off the night with a whiskey flight featuring a mix of single malts from Scotland’s finest distilleries.

Bringing a modern touch to traditional Italian cooking, Executive Chef Gabriele Taddeucci has compiled an authentic Italian autumnal experience at Balla.
Start your evening with an Americano or Bellini aperitif at the Balla bar. Dine on new dishes inspired by family recipes, including seared scallops with celeriac salad and nduja crumbs ($24), a warming ossobuco agnolotti with Jerusalem artichoke ($27), or wood-grilled quail with minestrone and a marsala reduction ($41). Try all three delicious courses with a select aperitif for $95.

Treat yourself to a mid-week dinner at Sokyo, as you sip on a curated cocktail and warming hot pot at Sokyo Lounge.
Fusing Japanese flavours with an urban kick, start with ‘The Big Smoke’ cocktail, made with Suntory Kakubin, ginger and rosemary syrup, topped with a smokey Islay scotch.
Next, Executive Chef Chase Kojima brings you the Sumo Hot Pot, a sophisticated take on the traditional chanko nabe, served traditionally to sumo wrestlers. With shabu shabu beef, wild mushroom, chicken and dashi broth, the comforting hot pot is perfect to share.
