With bubbles on arrival and Executive Chef Chase Kojima’s signature Japanese cuisine, make Mother’s Day memorable with a long lunch at Sokyo. Dine on miso kingfish, handmade sushi, dengakumen, snapper tempura, wagyu flank steak and a decadent dessert course, finishing on a sweet note with Japanese-inspired macarons.

Raise a glass to mum with a sophisticated three-course lunch and bubbles on arrival at BLACK Bar & Grill. Executive Chef Dany Karam has curated a menu perfect for spoiling mum, with highlights including lobster tail, wagyu steak sashimi, wagyu filet MSB7+, and a chocolate couverture ganache with peanut mousse.

Explore the authentic flavours of Italy with a family-style sharing menu at Balla. Start with complimentary bubbles on arrival, then enjoy the Tuscan-inspired menu with salumi misti and fresh cheeses, followed by potato gnocchi with spanner crab, wood-grilled yamba prawns and slow-braised wagyu beef cheek. Finish off with the chocolate tart with cappuccino cream, strawberries and almond praline.

Harvest Buffet | Sunday, 13 May, from 11:30am
