Sky Terrace rooftop bar will be serving up a gourmet BBQ, frosty cocktails, chilled beats and stunning views this Australia Day long weekend.
You’ll be in a prime position overlooking the action on Sydney Harbour as you sip on Chandon rosé poptails or a refreshing frosé at the Peacock Lounge. The party vibes keep coming with live DJs, giant Jenga and croquet, plus a range of delicious food all evening.
Entry to Sky Terrace is free from 5:00pm.

Australian Day long weekend dining
The restaurants at The Star Sydney have created special Australia Day treats and menus for the long weekend.
Enjoy a Japanese-Australian fusion at Sokyo, with Chef Chase Kojima serving up Moreton Bay Bugs grilled on binchotan with kobu butter and caviar, matched with Hitachino White Ale.
The humble pie gets a fresh Australian seafood makeover at Balla, alongside tagliatelle surf and turf, BBQ grass-fed beef rib eye with green peppercorn sauce and tagliatelle lobster with a glass of Italian bubbles.
BLACK Bar & Grill is adding a touch of contemporary Australian flair to the day, with scallops from the charcoal oven served with wakame butter, Angus fillet with lobster tail and miso hollandaise, and the classic lamington is given a new twist, served as chocolate, cherry, vanilla and coconut sorbet.
All your classic Australian favourites are on offer with The Great Australian Bite themed menu at Harvest Buffet. From meat pies to lamb shanks, barramundi, lamingtons and pavlova, Harvest Buffet is a great option for families looking to celebrate Australia Day.
Dining specials at Sokyo, Balla and BLACK Bar & Grill are available from Friday 26 January – Sunday 28 January. Bookings are essential.
The Great Australian Bite at Harvest Buffet is available until Wednesday 31 January.
The Star Sydney’s exclusive live music venue, Rock Lily, is celebrating Australia Day with a free live performance by hip-hop superstar Chingy, who will hit the stage from 10.00pm. Bringing it back to the early noughties, Chingy will play hits including ‘Right Thurr’ and ‘Holidae Inn’ to set the celebratory mood.
Doors open from 5.00pm and entry is free.
24/7 Sports Bar
Make your Australia Day long weekend a little more Aussie-infused with beer, big-screen sport and fair dinkum tucker at 24/7 Sports Bar. You won’t miss a minute of the action with six mega-screens, more than 50 LCD TVs and the massive 34-square metre LED screen.
Kick back and watch the Australian Open Semi-Finals and Australia v England in the One Day International from 1:50pm, followed by the Australian soccer A-League match between Melbourne Victory and Sydney FC from 7:50pm.
Across the long weekend, punters can enjoy roaming live entertainment, craft beers from $7, while FUEL inside 24/7 Sports Bar serves the mouth-watering Great Australia Burger for $10 and an unbeatable chicken wing special with 12 wings for $12.
