Event Rooms & Spaces
Main Foyer and Ground Floor

The Main Foyer and Ground Floor are designed for convenient entry, seamless registration, morning and afternoon tea, sponsor locations and catering breaks. The Main Foyer opens onto a large foreshore terrace, where our deluxe marquee can shelter up to 350 square-metre. The Main Foyer is also ideal as a pre-function area and has additional space that opens up via expandable walls.

Main Room

The Main Room can be configured to handle a variety of different needs. It has the capacity to suit up to 3,000 when set for a conference. Set up as a theatre, it can hold 1400 attendees, or a banquet for 960 guests. The main room also has the ability to be divided in half, accommodating 470 in Room A and 360 in Room B banquet. Class-leading multimedia equipment and a team of technology specialists will support your event with fully integrated digital communications.

Corporate Suites

Add some privacy with corporate suites.

The Mezzanine Level is home to four corporate suites, all with uninterrupted views across The Main Room conference area. During conferences these four locations may be used as private corporate or sponsor suites, press rooms, media galleries, and VIP areas.
