The cocktail menu at Flying Fish Bar reads like a collection of short stories, with an array of colourful characters you’ll love to meet. Crafted by award-winning cocktail connoisseur Behzad Nvaziri, Australian gin has a starring role, supported by other locally-sourced ingredients.

 

You’ll also be inspired by our wine list, featuring over 200 bins carefully selected by sommelier Addy Lam. With a focus on bottles of sparkling Australian wines and French champagnes, the wines have been specifically chosen to complement the menu.

 

Enjoy a tipple and a bite from the bar menu with a selection of dishes crafted by Executive Chef Peter Robertson. From the popular Spencer Gulf Prawn Toast to the delicious Fish Sandwich, or simply enjoy the daily selection of freshly chucked oysters paired with a glass of 2008 Dom Perignon.
