Effective from 10PM, 25 June 2021, The Star Sydney will follow the NSW Government’s latest COVID-19 restrictions and temporarily close its casino and restaurants. The Star Grand Residences will remain open only to existing guests and with limited facilities and will continue to operate in a Covid-19 safe manner.

Flying Fish Bar

The cocktail menu at Flying Fish Bar reads like a collection of short stories, with an array of colourful characters you’ll love to meet. Crafted by award-winning cocktail connoisseur Behzad Nvaziri, Australian gin has a starring role, supported by other locally-sourced ingredients.


You’ll also be inspired by our wine list, featuring over 200 bins carefully selected by sommelier Addy Lam. With a focus on bottles of sparkling Australian wines and French champagnes, the wines have been specifically chosen to complement the menu.


Enjoy a tipple and a bite from the bar menu with a selection of dishes crafted by Executive Chef Peter Robertson. From the popular Spencer Gulf Prawn Toast to the delicious stir-fried calamari, or simply enjoy the daily selection of freshly chucked oysters paired with a glass of 2008 Dom Perignon.
