Important update about The Star Club Membership

During the recent COVID 19 restrictions, we have taken a number of steps to make sure you continue to enjoy all the things you love most about your Membership to The Star Club.

 

Your Membership information

You can view your Membership information, including Tier Status, Tier Review Date, Tier Point balance, Casino Dollars balance, and communication preferences when you log in to The Star App or at The Star Club website.

 

The Star Club has evolved, where can I find more information?

Log in to your Member dashboard at thestarclub.com.au for all the relevant information, or find frequently asked questions here.

 

I would like to have my Tier Review Date extended as I have not been able to visit and will not be able to maintain my Tier.

Unfortunately, we are not able to change your Tier Review Date, however, please see one of our service team at the time of your next Tier Review and we will undertake an individual review of your account.

COVID SAFETY PLAN AT SYDNEY LYRIC THEATRE

COVID SAFETY PLAN

Sydney Lyric Theatre is following all regulations and recommendations from NSW Health to ensure the safety and comfort of our patrons. To allow everyone to have an enjoyable experience we have made some changes to the way we operate.

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

All patrons are asked to maintain the adequate distance from other patrons outside their group.  COVID marshals will be onsite at each event to ensure social distancing guidelines are being met.

 

MASKS WEARING

Masks are mandatory at all times for patrons older than 12 years old.

 

IF YOU FEEL UNWELL, STAY HOME

If you or someone in your group have been directed to stay home by NSW health, please do not attend your performance. You should continue to stay home and follow government guidelines. If this applies to you, please contact Ticketmaster no later than 10am on the day (for a matinee performance) & by midday (for an evening performance) at the latest and we will work with you to exchange your tickets for a future performance (subject to availability).

 

SHARE INFORMATION WITH YOUR PARTY

If you are the ticket purchaser, you will receive several pre-arrival emails from Ticketmaster and the Sydney Lyric Theatre, sharing this and other important information with you. Please be aware that only the ticket purchaser will receive these emails, so be sure to forward the communications onto everyone in your party so that they are all aware of what to expect on their visit.

 

SANITISE, SANTISE, SANITISE!

We will have hand sanitising stations located at several points of the theatre for your use. Please make sure to use these regularly during your visit.

 

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS

All of our outlets are cashless, and we can only accept contactless payments at our bars, box office and merchandise shops.

 

COVID MARSHALS ARE THERE TO HELP

Our COVID marshals and ushers will be onsite throughout the event to monitor everyone’s safety, and to assist you in any way they can. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please speak to one of our friendly staff who will assist you.
