The Star’s align for VIP celebration

We’re still catching our breath after a whirlwind time at the AIME and would like to thank everyone who visited our team at the show. Fifteen VIP industry insiders were swept away by helicopter for a VIP experience in the Yarra Valley.

After being whisked away by helicopter to the secret location of Levantine Hill in the Yarra Valley, guests dined on a five course degustation menu, at ezard @ Levantine Hill, a gastronomic partnership between hatted chef Teage Ezard and Levantine Hill Estate. Chef Ezard personally introduced each dish which was paired with matching wine, including the Wagyu beef, nettle, onion cream, potato terrine with native pepperberry jus.

Representatives from The Star Entertainment Group’s three properties including The Star Sydney, Jupiters Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane joined the exclusive list of guests.

John Autelitano, General Manager Hotels, The Star Sydney says the VIP Experience is reflective of The Star’s vision to provide world-class entertainment offerings and their commitment to providing excellence to all guests.

“We wanted to showcase the exciting and memorable options The Star properties can offer the business events industry and we think we did this expertly. Feedback from the evening has been highly positive and speaks to the dedication of our teams who crafted the idea and pulled the event together,” said Mr Autelitano.

Koren Window, Corporate Traveller and VIP Guest of The Star, expressed her delight in the evening saying, “I had the best time and everyone I speak to is blown away by what an amazing evening The Star put together.”

Jacqui Bates from the Conference Room was another lucky VIP who had a glowing review of the event.

“The event was truly exceptional, I feel very privileged to have been involved. There are not many times I would describe an event as “flawless” but it’s the right word for this dinner! The transportation, location, food, wine, service, entertainment, host, schedule, flowers, gifts… absolutely everything was done perfectly. Everyone who attended felt very special to be there,” said Ms Bates.

Following dinner, a surprise appearance by Kate Cebrano who’d been flown in for the special event wowed the guests, before they were whisked back to their Melbourne CBD hotels in Maseratis, BMWs and Rolls Royces.
