Stellar Suites
The Stellar Suites at The Darling are perfect for guests that crave a bit of exclusivity. We removed an entire floor to open up ceiling space for a more spacious, relaxing area. The massive floor-to-ceiling windows provide views of some of Sydney’s most unique neighbourhoods, including Balmain and Glebe. The living area is perfect for relaxing on your own, entertaining guests or getting some work done, all in the sunlight or shadows of the Sydney skyline that cascade in.
Penthouses
The ultimate in luxury and privacy, a Penthouse room at the Darling places all of our best features at your fingertips. Wraparound windows provide breathtaking views of the Harbour Bridge. This scene can provide the perfect backdrop for entertaining guests, whether they be friends and family or business associates gathered around a large table perfect for meals or meetings. An assortment of contemporary, comfortable chairs and couches let you fit your guests comfortably, and the full kitchen is ready to be put to great use by yourself or a private chef should you choose to request one.

The Darling Pool
The Darling Pool is open from 8am – 8pm daily.
Located on Level 5.
Beverage service is from 10am-6:30pm and food service is from 11am-4:30pm.
Enjoy our custom-designed 25m outdoor pool, heated to a comfortable 26 degrees. A tasty food menu and bar facilities are available during the warmer months of the year.
The Darling Gym
The Darling Gym is open 24 hours, daily.
Located on Level 2 in The Darling Spa.
The Technogym fitness equipment of this boutique facility consists of two treadmills, a cross trainer, a seated bike as well as a Kinesis wall. Towels, water, earphones and fresh fruit are provided complimentary for guests to enjoy. Closed shoes and gym attire must be worn.
Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted.
The Darling Spa
The Darling Spa is open 9:30am – 7pm, Wednesday to Sunday.

The Darling Spa is one of the finest and most luxurious spas in Sydney. We’re proud partners of leading professional German skincare brand Babor as well as award winning natural skincare range Retreatment Botanics. The Darling Spa features 11 treatment rooms, two exclusive couples suites, a Moroccan Hammam, steam room and Jacuzzi.

Important information
Smoking
The Darling is 100% smoke free effective 11th of September 2022. Any violation of the non-smoking policy including evidence found in rooms will incur a minimum cleaning fee from $350 and up to $650 in accordance with room category. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the premises.
Pet
Pets are not allowed at The Darling.
