From the hot and humid climate of the Szechuan province, this unique cuisine features numerous dried spices as well as a variety of chilli - known to help the body cool down. Chef Song brings his renowned passion for this cooking style to Queensland summer with his unforgettable Szechuan experience at Imperial at The Star.
