This November Kiyomi and Cucina Vivo have created an extra special offering with the pairing of two classic delicacies; champagne and caviar. Delight in inspired caviar dishes carefully balanced by the exquisite taste of champagne. 

Enjoy Italian or Japanese Izakaya interpretations of caviar through a rotating menu in either Kiyomi or Cucina Vivo.

  • Angassi Oysters in the half shell: Calvisius Oscietra Caviar and baby watercress
  • Venison Carpaccio: Calvisius Oscietra Caviar, foie gras, pickled chanterelle mushroom and caper soil
  • House Made Angel Hair Pasta: Calvisius Oscietra Caviar, cream and egg yolk


  • Trout tart: Ocean trout tartare, caviar and ocean trout roe
  • Snapper: Asparagus, sudachi, lime and caviar
  • Toro nigiri, caviar and crispy nori
