Weekends in the Garden just got a whole lot tastier! Fancy some real wood-smoked ribs, brisket and burgers served with your favourite southern-style sides? Well you won't be disappointed.
Our BBQ is cooked over a mixture of wood to produce a sweet, yet robust smoky flavour. We use a combination of Ironbark for heat, and Applewood for flavour. We take our inspirations from Southern style BBQ steeped in tradition from three distinct regions in the USA.
Carolina – vinegar and mustard based sauce usually paired with smoked pork shoulder.
Texas – best known for its beef; simply seasoned and smoked on low heat for up to 14 hours.
Kansas City – slow smoked pork ribs with a brown sugar based rub, paired with a sweet BBQ sauce.
Enjoy the delicious menu each and every Saturday from 5pm and Sunday from 1pm with live music kicking off from 2pm.
