In light of the recent earthquake Cucina Vivo is joining Italian restaurants around the world by continuing to serve Spaghetti Amatriciana, the dish made famous in Amatrice to raise funds to support the affected area.
Combining the freshest Italian ingredients, Spaghetti Amatriciana is made up of crispy pancetta, fresh chilli, cherry tomatoes and Pomodoro, atop a bed of delicious freshly made pasta.
