What COVID Safe guidelines are in place for this event?

  • Please ensure you maintain social distancing requirements (keeping 1.5m from fellow guests).
  • Please observe all dedicated entry and exit points within the Events Centre.
  • It is a legislative requirement to register via QR code to enter various zones of the property including restaurants, Main Gaming Floor etc.
  • We recommend all guests download the COVID Safe App.
  • Always follow the lead of The Star Events team.

Do you have any accommodation offers for Not So Silent Night attendees?

Yes! We are pleased to offer a special rate for all guests of the Not So Silent Night starting from $289 per room per night. For accommodation enquiries and bookings please call reservations on 1800 074 344.

What time does the event start & end?

The event will officially run from 7:30pm-11:30pm, however doors will be open from 7:00pm.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire.

Can we bring guests under 18 years old?

Unfortunately, this is an 18+ only event and identification may be requested by security on the evening.

What if I would like to increase my booking guest numbers?

Provided availability permits at the time of your request we can certainly increase your guest numbers. Availability cannot be guaranteed until such time the additional tickets are confirmed. Please email notsosilentnight@star.com.au to confirm availability.

What if I need to decrease my booking guest numbers?

We are unable to decrease booking guest numbers as all payments received are non-refundable. If a person under the booking is unable to attend the event you are welcome to allocate the ticket to another person.

What if I have special dietary requirements?

The Star Gold Coast is pleased to cater for all special dietary requirements. Please email notsosilentnight@star.com.au to confirm all dietary requirements.

Can you reduce my ticket price if I don’t drink alcohol?

As this is a flat ticketed price we are unable to alter or remove any part of the package.

What time does the beverage package start and what does it include?

The 4HR beverage package runs from 7:30pm-11:30pm and includes a selection of red wine, white wine, sparkling wine, beers, cider, soft drinks and juices.

Can I purchase spirits on the night?

Certainly! Please advise your wait staff on the night and they can assist with organising a spirit’s bar tab for your table, your group or an individual.

How much does parking cost?

The Star Gold Coast has 5 levels of complimentary self-parking with valet parking available at $50 per 24HR period.

Do you have wheelchair access?

We do have wheelchair access throughout The Star Gold Coast, including the Event Centre Ballroom, please note this in your seating preferences as we will try to seat you at an easily accessible table.

Can I receive a full refund if I cancel my booking?

No refunds will be provided for booking cancellations or no-shows, all payments received are non-refundable. If a person under the booking is unable to attend the event you are welcome to allocate the ticket to another person.

Group Bookings

Group Bookings

For group bookings, please purchase the full amount of tickets required in a single transaction through our Gold Coast Tickets booking platform and then email notsosilentnight@star.com.au the details of your group members. Please note that the $1 Booking Fee applies per transaction, not per ticket.

Terms and Conditions

Subject to availability, change and cancellation. Must be 18 years or over to attend. Not available in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. No further discounts apply. The Star Club Member discounts do not apply. The Star practises the responsible service of alcohol. To assist with your booking, tables are from 4 - 8 guests per table with a maximum of 8 guests per table. *A Merchant Fee of 2.9% + Booking Fee of $1.00 applies to all bookings through Gold Coast Tickets. American Express card payments are not accepted through Gold Coast Tickets. No refunds will be provided for booking cancellations or no-shows. Please note once booking payments are made we are unable to offer any refunds. If a person under your booking is unable to attend the event, you can allocate the ticket to another person.
