Do you have any accommodation offers for Not So Silent Night attendees?

What time does the event start & end?
The event will officially run from 7:30pm-11:30pm, however doors will be open from 7:00pm.
What is the dress code?
Can we bring guests under 18 years old?
Unfortunately, this is an 18+ only event and identification may be requested by security on the evening.
What if I would like to increase my booking guest numbers?
Provided availability permits at the time of your request we can certainly increase your guest numbers. Availability cannot be guaranteed until such time the additional tickets are confirmed. Your confirmation payment will be adjusted to include your increased numbers.
What if I need to decrease my booking guest numbers?
We can certainly reduce your final payment to match decreased guest numbers. Please note that we are unable to provide any refunds, e.g. in the case of numbers dropping to less than half of the original booking.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
The Star Gold Coast is pleased to cater for all special dietary requirements, these will be requested upon issuing the final invoice for your booking, please list any allergies/dietaries at this time.
Will you have gluten free, lactose free and/or vegan options available from the buffet?
We will always have these options available for our guests however please still note this in your dietary requirements so that we know how many dietaries we are required to cater for.
Can you reduce my ticket price if I don’t drink alcohol?
As this is a flat ticketed price we are unable to alter or remove any part of the package.
What time does the beverage package start and what does it include?
The 4HR beverage package runs from 7:30pm-11:30pm and includes a selection of red wine, white wine, sparkling wine, beers, cider, soft drinks and juices.
Can I purchase spirits on the night?
Certainly! Please advise your wait staff on the night and they can assist with organising a spirit’s bar tab for your table, your group or an individual.
How much does parking cost?
The Star Gold Coast has 5 levels of complimentary self-parking with valet parking available at $50 per 24HR period.
Do you have wheelchair access?
We do have wheelchair access throughout The Star Gold Coast, including the Event Centre Ballroom, please note this in your seating preferences as we will try to seat you at an easily accessible table.
Can I transfer to the alternate night once I have made my booking?
We will certainly do our best to accommodate a transfer to the alternate night based on availability at the time of your request. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise as soon as possible if availability permits.
What is the latest date I can cancel a ticket/booking?
All payments are non-refundable, we are unable to compensate full cancellations. However, if your numbers are less than originally expected we can alter your final payment to match your decreased group numbers.
Can I receive a full refund if I cancel my booking?
No refunds will be provided for booking cancellations or no-shows, all payments received are nonrefundable. If a person under the booking is unable to attend the event you are welcome to allocate the ticket to another person.
We are always trying to improve our guest experiences by looking for new ways to streamline and smoothen the booking process. That is why we have chosen to partner with Local Tickets for Not So Silent Night 2019 so that you can simply go online and lock in your seats within only a few minutes; no need to print, scan and manually complete a booking form anymore!
In order to secure a Group Booking simply click on the 'GET TICKETS' button above which will direct you to the Not So Silent Night event on Gold Coast Tickets. Here you will be able to select from a number of 'DEPOSIT ticket' types ranging from 10-20 tickets, 21-30 tickets, 31-40 tickets and 41 or more tickets. You only need to purchase one of these ticket types to ensure you have reserved tickets for the range of tickets place show on the DEPOSIT ticket.
These tickets represent approximately a 50% deposit for the maximum number of tickets outlined in the ticket range. Simply select the 'DEPOSIT Ticket' type that best estimates the number of people you would like to reserve in your group booking and click the 'Book Now' button. Please make sure that you have selected the 'DEPOSIT ticket' for the date you wish to attend (tickets are grouped together by day).
Once you have completed the online booking/payment process an email containing your DEPOSIT Ticket will be sent to you. Our sales team will follow you up in early October to confirm your final numbers and payment before the due date of 14 October, 2019.

The Star Club Member discounts do not apply. The Star Entertainment Group practises the responsible service of alcohol. To assist with your booking, tables are set as 10 per table with a maximum of 12 per table. If your booking is below 8 guests please note that you will possibly be seated with other guests so that we can fill the table. *A Merchant Fee of 2.9% + Service Fee of $1.00 applies to all bookings through Gold Coast Tickets. American Express card payments are not accepted through Gold Coast Tickets. No refunds will be provided for booking cancellations or no-shows.
