The Cocktails

Shojo, a word in Japanese to describe a creature from the Spirit world that is known for its love for alcohol. With an intertwining of Native Australian and Japanese flavours, the Shojo features Ketel One Vodka, Davidson Plum and Yuzu Leaf. The cocktail is then bottled with Champagne yeast to start a secondary fermentation to produce carbonation. 

Taisho Spritz
Taisho is one of the 24 Japanese seasons and describes the hottest part of the year. The Taisho Spritz features house made, 13 month infused Cumquat Shochu, with Native Australian Riberry's mixed in, which adds red fruit notes and a savoury spice. It is then finished with a touch of lemon for balance and topped with Prosecco.
