Parking At The Star Gold Coast Has Changed

We've made changes to the carpark to help ensure there are more spaces available for our Members and guests.

Access to the carpark is no longer free to all. However, Bronze & Silver Members are able to enjoy free parking by earning five tier points during a visit.*

HOW TO ACCESS FREE PARKING

1.    Insert your Membership Card into the ticket machine when entering the carpark
2.    Play, stay or dine with your Membership Card and earn 5 Tier Points. Use The Star App to track your progress towards free parking.
3.    Once earned, simply use your Membership Card to exit the carpark for free.

Parking is complimentary for Gold Members, as well as access to priority parking located on level 1M (Blue). 

PLATINUM & DIAMOND MEMBER PARKING

Parking is complimentary for Platinum & Diamond Members, as well as access to priority parking located on level 1M (Blue). Platinum & Diamond Members can also enjoy the VIP treatment with complimentary valet parking a The Star Gold Coast.
