      Accommodation – The Star Gold Coast

      *Blackout dates apply and include the NSW, VIC, and QLD school holiday period of 17 September – 7 October 2022. Travel must be completed by 30 October 2022.  Bookings must be made at least 48-hours in advance of arrival date.  Cancellation of reservation must occur not less than 48 hours prior to 2pm AEST on scheduled arrival date, otherwise cancellation fees up to the full accommodation fee will apply and will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking.  Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, benefit, or discount including The Star Club Members' discount. Casino Dollars and/or comp dollars cannot be used for payment. A 0.8% service fee will apply to all credit card transactions. Price is inclusive of GST. Late check-out time is 12.00 pm. Parking is available for 1 car only and is self-parking. Parking is subject to availability. Breakfast inclusion is per registered guest, expires at end of stay, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Maximum two registered guests per room.  **Dining credit is redeemable at Kiyomi, Garden Kitchen and Bar, Cucina Vivo, M&G, Food Quarter, Mei Wei Dumplings, Uncle Su at The Star, Cherry Bar, Sports Bar and Veladora (reservations are essential). Credit excludes beverage-only orders and minibar items. Dining credit expires at the end of stay, and cannot be extended, nor transferred or exchanged for cash. Maximum of 1 drink voucher per registered guest, valued at $22.00 each, redeemable at Atrium, Cherry Bar and Sports Bar during opening hours. Drink vouchers expire at the end of stay, and cannot be extended, nor transferred or exchanged for cash. The Star practises the responsible service of alcohol.

       

      Experience bonus voucher – Experience Oz

      ^The experience bonus voucher (and any booked ‘experience’) is provided by third parties and are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of Experience Oz Pty Ltd and/or any third-party provider. Please contact Experience Oz if you need assistance with booking your experience or to make any changes to your booking. The experience bonus can only be used at time of travel when booked on a Stay & Play package and must be used during your stay.  Stay & Play Packages are available to Australian interstate travellers only (being residents from VIC, NSW, ACT, NT, WA, SA, and TAS). Maximum of one experience bonus available per booking.  The experience bonus can only be used towards Gold Coast based tours, attractions or experiences sold via Experience Oz.  The experience bonus must be redeemed in its entirety in one transaction - any unused portion of your experience bonus will be forfeited and will not be retained as credit. The guest is responsible for paying for any additional costs above the experience bonus used.  No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilised.

       

      Experience bonus is a value-add to a booking. The value of the experience bonus is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be applied to any other service or product not available via Experience Oz. If a guest needs to cancel their experience due to extreme weather, illness or bereavement, they may be covered by the Experience Oz Cancellation Guarantee. In all other circumstances, cancelling a booking may result in cancellation fees being applied by Experience Oz to the guest. If a guest has made a booking via Experience Oz where a date has been selected, please note that availability was accurate at the time of booking, however, is subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of Experience Oz.
