Your Membership Card becomes your wallet, allowing you to easily transfer cash directly to the compatible electronic gaming machine or electronic table game.
When you have finished playing, or want to move to another machine, remove your card and the unused credits will be transferred back to your Cashless Account.
How it works
Visit any Cashier with your initial deposit to activate your Cashless Account.
To start a Cashless session, make sure the credit meter on your compatible electronic gaming machine or electronic table game is zero.
Insert your Membership Card and press the GREEN Dollar icon on the small touch screen.
Press the ARROW next to CASHLESS. This is where you can always check your balance.
Enter your PIN.
Enter the amount you wish to play with and press the TICK icon.
When you are finished playing, or you want to move to another machine, remove your Membership Card and your credits will automatically transfer back to your Cashless Account.
4. DEPOSIT OR WITHDRAW
To deposit or withdraw funds from your Cashless Account:
– Insert notes into a compatible electronic gaming machine or electronic table game while your Membership Card is inserted and Cashless active, then remove your card for your credits to transfer to your Cashless Account.
– You can deposit and withdraw at selected Cash/ Ticket Machines by selecting CASH to CARD to deposit or CARD to CASH to withdraw funds.
– If you are withdrawing more than $5,000, you will need to visit the Cashier.
Make sure the credit meter on the compatible electronic gaming machine or electronic table game is zero prior to commencing your Cashless session.
Treat your Membership Card as cash. If you have a balance in your Cashless Account, it will be stored on your Membership Card.
Keep your PIN secure. You can change your PIN at any time at a Member Kiosk or online at thestarclub.com.au. If you have forgotten your PIN, visit The Star Club Desk.
If your credit meter is $7,500* or more when you remove your Membership Card, the credit will not automatically transfer to your Cashless Account. The machine will lock requiring assistance from an attendant.
Before you leave the machine, remove your Membership Card and wait to ensure that your credits have been transferred back to your Cashless Account. Once the credit meter is zero, your credits have been transferred.
To check your balance, you can insert your Membership Card into a compatible electronic gaming machine, electronic table game, or at a Cash/Ticket Machine.
Star Assist is also available with your Cashless Session allowing you to manage your gaming spend, or usage time while playing any compatible electronic gaming machine or electronic table game.

By depositing into your Cashless Account at The Star Gold Coast, you will only be able to access those funds at The Star Gold Coast. You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure at all times.
