Event Rooms & Spaces


The Glass Façade and Main Foyer provide guests with a unique introduction to your event. Huge glass-panels equipped with LED light-displays can be programmed to suit your needs, while the Main Foyer is designed to comfortably handle registration and house 11 exhibitor booths, which also makes it an ideal standalone function area if required. Guests have a range of bars to choose from in the Main Foyer and because it opens onto a large foreshore terrace, up to 30 exhibitors can also be positioned overlooking Sydney Harbour. 

Main Room

The Main Room can accommodate 70, 3m x 2m booths and has an adjustable ceiling that can be lowered if your event suits a more intimate feel. Multimedia equipment and full digital connectivity are also available.


The Mezzanine Level is home to four corporate suites, all with uninterrupted views across the Main Room exhibition area. During tradeshows and exhibitions these four locations could be used as pressrooms, sponsor areas, media galleries, or breakout rooms for your exhibitors.
