Cucina Regina is set to bring Brisbane an authentic Italian family dining experience fit for a Queen. Fat Noodle
Inspired by South-East Asia’s vibrant street food scene, Luke Nguyen will offer his traditional family recipes which are reinterpreted through fresh Australian produce. Serving up-market dishes that Brisbane has grown to love, Fat Noodle at The Star Brisbane will be home to the legendary 20-hour Fat Pho Noodles, a fiery laksa, as well as fresh new flavours come 2024.
Sports Bar
Our purpose-built Sports Bar will be positioned high above the Brisbane River, wrapped with floor-to-ceiling glass, and equipped with two 12-metre plus mega LED screens and stadium-like sound quality to give sport fanatics a front row seat to every sporting spectacle.
