Forget about the classics as our Bar Manager Michael Chiem and his team at BLACK Bar are reviving pre-prohibition cocktails and some 'forgotten' drinks. Look out for the hand-chiselled, diamond-shaped ice cubes and Brunch Cocktail, the signature drink everyone's talking about.
With a focus on house made ingredients such as ginger beer, grenadine, whiskey maceration, aged cocktails and reductions with a seasonal influence, we invite you to match these drinks with bar snacks such as Wagyu Sliders, Smoked Fish Crackle and chef Teage Ezard's interpretation of the Reuben.
