General questions about Absolute Rewards
How do I join?
By visiting an Absolute Rewards Desk at any Absolute Rewards property.*
*You must be 18 years or over and provide acceptable ID to join Absolute Rewards.
How can I update my contact details?
You can log into your Absolute Rewards account online to update your postal address, phone number and email address. Alternatively, visit the Absolute Rewards Desk at each Absolute Rewards property.
How can I check my Absolute Points, Casino Dollars and Absolute Dollars balance?
Login to your Absolute Rewards account to view your balances, or alternatively you can view your balances via a kiosk on property or at the Absolute Rewards Desk.
Do all Absolute Reward properties offer the same tier benefits?
Many of the tier benefits are consistent across all properties, however there are some which are unique to each property. You can see the different benefits at each property on the respective tier benefits grid.
Absolute Rewards Tiers and Absolute Points
How do I earn Absolute Points?
Absolute Points are earned at The Star including by using your Absolute Rewards card each time you play table games. For full details of all of the benefits our Absolute Rewards members enjoy, please log into your account online on the Absolute Rewards website or visit the Absolute Rewards Desk when you are next visiting our properties.
How do qualify for higher tiers?
You can see the Absolute Points required to qualify for each tier at each property on the respective tier benefits grid on the Benefits tab.
When does my tier status expire?
Your Absolute Points will expire every six months based on your tier review date. You have six months from your tier review date to qualify for Pearl and Black Tier status. Your tier status will be reviewed at this time to determine which tier you qualify for.

What are Casino Dollars?
A spendable currency for you to use.
How do I earn Casino Dollars?
By using your Absolute Rewards card each time you spend while at The Star, including on compatible table games in any of our Absolute Rewards properties. You can also earn them on dining spend.
Where can I spend Casino Dollars?
You can use them in the hotel or at participating restaurants and retail outlets.
When do my Casino Dollars expire?
Your Casino Dollars balance remains active provided you participate in valid eligible Absolute Rewards spend at least once every 90 days. Please refer to the Casino Dollars brochure at The Star to see what constitutes valid eligible Absolute Rewards spend.
Why is my Casino Dollars balance different at each property?
Casino Dollars are earned and redeemed at each individual property. You can arrange to transfer them between Absolute Rewards properties by contacting an Absolute Rewards Desk.
What are the selected outlets at each property that Casino Dollars can be earned and redeemed?
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions section at the bottom of each specific property tier benefits grid for details regarding the selected outlets for that property.
