If you wish to work out during your stay with us, Turbines offers fully equipped gym with cardio, pin loaded and free weight pieces. Personal training or group exercise classes are available upon request.

You'll find us at Level 5 of Astral Tower at The Star. Our opening hours are from 6am to 9pm daily (hotel guests only).

Important Information: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times at the swimming pool and are restricted from using any gym equipment. No reservations are taken for pool chairs. Swim wear is mandatory.

Venessa is accredited and registered with Fitness Australia, a level 2 Personal Trainer, a Group Exercise Instructor and a level 1 & 2 Australian Sports and Conditioning Coach. With over 18 years of continuous employment directing Fitness Personal Training.
As a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor Venessa brings 18 years of experience with her. She specialises in strength training, hypertrophy periodised programming, body transformation in both men and women, sports specific training, specialising in body building and powerlifting, triathletes, road cycling, rehabilitation and recovery training with insight to injury prevention.

Daniel Macinante is a certified Master trainer, and he is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has been training for 10 years and he specializes in functional movement, strength, Lactic endurance, power lifting, weight loss training; sports specific exercises; and injury prevention.
