The Star has undergone an $870-million redevelopment with the goal of becoming Sydney's most loved entertainment destination.

Sydney's dining takes on an exciting new flavour with an all-star cast of international and Australian chefs who have now opened their doors. The Star also boasts new bars, a live music venue, new nightclub, and the 5-star hotel The Darling which along with The Spa bring service, sophistication and relaxation to a whole new level.

And still to come in 2013 is our new events centre.

Hotel

Our second hotel, The Darling, will be Sydney’s first new 5-star hotel in over a decade. With 171 luxurious rooms and a 16-room spa there will be opportunities for people with all levels of hotel experience, from seasoned professionals to hotel school graduates.

Restaurants

Bars

The completed property is set to become a shining light in Sydney’s night scene. It will boast new bars, including an elegant harbour view cocktail bar and a new live music venue. There will also be an exciting new nightclub which will open late this year.

Table Games

Our Main Gaming Floor is undergoing a complete refurbishment so we can provide Sydney with a sophisticated casino space to play Poker, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and more.

Security

The security team provides customer service and security operations for the entire property including the casino hotel & apartments.
